Habit of Attraction and Health and Fitness Commitment

From my HOA journal this am.

I went to sleep and woke up this morning feeling confident, empowered, at choice, willing, ready, eager to commit to myself, my health and fitness. I know I can do this!

What I choose NOT to eat: animal, dairy, refined sugar, refined whites/wheat.

What I choose TO eat: fruit, veggies,nuts, seeds, raw/steamed/soup veggies, Tinkyada pasta, raw treats: ganache, brownies, ice cream, etc--see my list of fave raw foods.

How I choose to be active: walking, walk/jog, weights, yoga/stretching at home, dance, tennis, biking

How I choose to think, feel, act to flow energy to my desire:

I love my body I eat wholesome foods
I order Abe's dvd I release 2-3 lbs per wk
I am empowered I release 10 lbs per month
I am capable I am grounded and secure
I get results I use many ways to flow energy to manifest my desire
I succeed I eat 1200-1500 calories/day
I am healthy I am FABULOUS!!
I am fit and active I embrace and love being active
I track food and exercise I am grateful to have this new opportunity to care for myself

Affirming all this and making the commitment is even more imp now because every day is a new opp to commit.
Did Turbulence wt Training this morning and then took a long walk with D.
Got all kinds of fresh produce yesterday at Roberts. Yum. Journaling food and exercise.

Going to check around for CaraCara navel oranges today...they might be, fingers crossed, in season by now.

Journaling to share the positive energy and strength I am feeling right now. Sparkly and on the road to manifesting my sweet desire.
