I have allowed my self to be eating SAD foods again and that has strengthened my resolve to lovingly choose high raw foods for my well being.
I found those fabu and beautiful CaraCara navel oranges :) and bought a big bagful.
Florida avocados are falling off the trees here.
Our tomato and basil plants are producing plentifully.
Corn on the cob is so sweet and tender.
Lots of baby romaine and baby spinach.
Small red bananas from our backyard.
Fresh sweet almond milk
Plump sweet pecans
Crunchy gf crackers
Pepper jack veggie cheese
I truly have all that I need.
And I ran into Craig Ballantyne on Twitter and got some more support for continuing Turbulence Training. And my Bally's membership is all paid up. :)
It all starts with a decision. Nothing is hard for me unless I say it is. Nothing. Food? Gimme a break! I've been faced with MUCH harder stuff than food, for cryin' out loud. LOL
I have let go of heaviness of all energetic kinds in the last week and am flowing on the energies of The Collective Manifesting Project I'm involved with. The things that are happening are magical. Wonderful. And really, it's time! And I am so grateful for how the energy is moving toward what I want. My EDJ Newsletter will go out this week. Next month I'll have an article about raw foods in it. Meantime, I'll blog on my other blogs about raw. Integrating it all.
This all points to a framework and a frame of mind of readiness. I have always told my kids "if you try to do something before you're ready, it might be hard, but if you wait until you really ARE ready, it will be so easy!" I am feeling that about this!
I have all I need.
I've ordered Abe's cds
I am capable and joyful
I am heading toward all my desires manifesting
I am powerful and inspired
I connect with others and they with me in the most positive ways
I love my life
I appreciate all the people, events and circumstances I encounter, knowing they are my teachers and that I am eager to learn.
It's late and I'm going to bed. Tomorrow is another day and a bright one already!
Love
Jan
