I'm so happy to be eating more raw foods again. My most recent detour into SAD had not made me happy. And I want to feel excellent in every way.
I've been eating strawberries, pecans, an ear of raw corn. Going to make some guac now and then slice some beautiful tomatoes, peppers later for dipping.
I have beautiful navel oranges, ruby red g'fruit and org bananas. Lots of almonds, pecans, walnuts, cashews.
Might make some raw ice cream for me and my friends later with frozen bananas,frozen strawberries and cashew or almond milk. Yum!
